Individualized Behavior Services
Support for individuals with developmental delays or with behavioral needs and their caregivers. These services can be provided in-home, in-school, center-based, or in other environments.
Behavioral Consulting
A service often in the form of a “trainer to trainer” program where a highly experienced staff member works with a caregiver or individual to create behavioral change in an individual’s environment.
Crisis Intervention
A team consisting of highly trained professionals who are able to support individuals and caregivers experiencing a crisis situation. AxIS’ team will assess the situation and create a plan for implementation.
Social Skills
We believe that social skills are a critical piece needed for each individual to reach his or her fullest potential.
Parent Training
Registered Behavior Technicians will use data collected in natural environments to guide caregivers and individuals toward behavior change.
Virtual Social Groups
AxIS is currently offering virtual social skills groups through a video platform geared toward children and teenagers so they can learn valuable skills such as: turn taking, compromise, negotiation, peer communication, and other interpersonal skills.
Upon assessment, AxIS clients may be recommended to a particular group based on interest, age and ability. Individual social skills goals will be developed and opportunities to work on the individual goals will be present in each social skills session.
