Independent living Skills, Job Skills and Life Skills Page

In alignment with AxIS’ mission to build a community that provides interventions, activities, and resources necessary for all to engage with their world, AxIS supports individuals of all ages and needs. This includes support with Independent Living Skills such as scheduling and planning out personal appointments, college preparation, college course completion supports, job skills preparation, basic job skills training, internship opportunities, and more. AxIS also works with adults to support them with independent living skills to necessary to live on their own or with support such as meal planning, grocery shopping, money management, budgeting, household cleaning and regular home maintenance needed to live independently.

At AxIS, parent training comes in many forms.
