Individualized Behavior Services

AxIS provides Individualized Behavioral Services support to individuals with developmental delays or with behavior management needs and their families.

Services can be provided

  • In-home
  • In-school
  • Center-based
  • Social Skills
  • Other community based envionments

For all Individualized Behavioral Services, a qualified assessor will conduct an assessment. This may include an AxIS assessor interviewing the individual and or their family, observing the individual in a natural setting, the AxIS assessor conducting a formal assessment, and other assessing procedures as necessary. This assessment will allow the AxIS team to develop a program that fits each person’s needs

AxIS accepts most private health insurers and private payment for this program. Please contact the office to learn more about payment options.
