Private Insurance
In 2001, a major breakthrough occurred allowing individuals with an Autism diagnosis to receive more funding for services they may need to be successful. Legislation SB946 was passed in California stating that individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder from a licensed physician can receive Behavioral Health Treatment through his or her private insurance provider. This service includes Applied Behavior Analysis. From 2001 onwards, all insurance providers are required to provide opportunities for these behavioral services. This legislation allowed many individuals and families to gain the services and support required to live out their fullest potential.
AxIS currently accepts most major insurance providers. To learn more about how your insurance may be able to provide funding for your Behavioral Health Treatment, call our office, and we are happy to answer your questions and walk with you down the path toward insurance funded services.

Private Payment
This is a great option for individuals who would like greater services than what his or her insurance covers. AxIS accepts private payment for all available programs. Before embarking on the assessment process, our office staff will provide you with an estimated cost for your program. Once the assessment has been completed, a final overview of cost will be provided to you.
